Cracker Jack is a large huacaya gelding and one of the first three alpacas we ever purchased. His one, quarter-sized spot of brown on his neck may have contributed to the warm-tone of this otherwise "white" yarn...hence our calling it "Beige." We dubbed Cracker Jack "The Fleece God of the Farm" because his annual yield is 14 pounds! He and his buddy, Cooper Man, now perform babysitting duties for Green Farms in New Jersey. We miss them, but are grateful to have a year''s crop of their fleece for some pretty fabulous yarn and roving! Majid and Lola Mossad, we can't wait to hear about your shearing this year!

Mr. Twister is an extremely sweet huacay alpaca with large, expressive eyes and a playful spirit. He came to our farm as the companion to Adam, a young suri male. When our fields were becoming more crowded during breeding season '05 we made the difficult decision to offer Twister and Adam to another farm. So, they now reside in Massachusettes with Joy and Ron Merigold of Merigold's Holly Hill Farm!
Mr. Twister could've been named "Big Red" as he is a tall, medium brown, almost red alpaca born out of two SURI alpacas...For those who know how special that is, you will want to grab this yarn while you can.

He is also patient, loving, gentle and happy to be haltered and led around to meet and greet with visitors. He is a stunning macho who started his career as a herd sire in 2006.
